2 Issues I need some help with: #1 I can not manually start the engines. If I set the customize to Start with Engines running they both fire up. Otherwise I can not get them to start: - Fuel in the tanks
- Master battery: on
- Both magnetos to Both
- Both Booster pumps on
- Both fuel selectors to Main, left, Right as appropriate.
- Mixture to Auto Rich X2
- Neither Engines Start fires the engine. Just spins the props.
#2 the radios only go on if I click the Flight / Prep Electrical System ... menu item.
I sure could use a tutorial or some help on getting the plane going. I also have the DC3 and it is not this difficult. Thanks for reading and hopefully getting me started.

Hi there!
Make sure that you set the master ignition to on. The switch is in-between the magneto switches.
Regarding the radios - They should turn on as soon as you switch the master battery power to on. In addition - each radio has its own power knob.
You can find an extensive tutorial in the included 'INSTRUCTIONS-MANUAL-POH' folder. There is very important and useful stuff in there.
Let know if you need further assistance.

Thank you, I missed the master ignition. Both engines now start as expected.
The radios are still blank. The only go on with the menu item mentioned above.
Yes, I have been through the POH, there is a lot in there.

Hi, I solved the problem and hopefully this may help correct the issue with the current version where the radios do not turn on with the Master Battery switch.
Using the Honeycomb Configurer that is part of the Honeycomb Yoke and Throttles I set up a profile for the yoke
Yoke Switch: MASTER BAT Configurer Button: 'Master Battery On' Variable: 'sim/cockpit/electrical/battery_on' index N/A value = 1 Button: 'Master Battery Off' variable: 'sim/cockpit/electrical/battery_on' index N/A value = 0
Yoke Switch AVIONICS BUS1 Configurer Button: 'Avionics BUS1 ON' variable: 'sim/cockpit/electrical/avionics_on' index N/A value = 1 Button: 'Avionics BUS1 OFF' variable: 'sim/cockpit/electrical/avionics_on' index N/A value = 0
The airplane Master Battery switch follows thew Yoke MASTER BAT and the radios the Yoke AVIONICS BUS1 switch.
I will continue to work on the configurer to link additional items such as the flaps, landing gear etc. to both the Honeycomb Yoke and Throttle.

Hi there!
Yep...this is called 'Hard switch conflict', where a hard-switch is forcing it's state on the sim. Mostly relevant to switch boards etc..
