Hi,
When applying the build v 1.30a update for the Guimbal Cabri G2 (by reloading the aircraft or restarting the simulator) the simulator (11.30b5) crashes with the following message:

Reinstalling the the working 1.30 version and updating again has not helped.
Please advice how to proceed.

Regards, Dirk Hi Dirk, You are experiencing an issue with the fmod which several users have reported. I suggest to do one of these: a) Quit X-Plane. Then remove the 3 files within the fmod folder of the Cabri, then start X-Plane and load the Cabri. It should initiate the update without issues. b) Load the updated project from your store account. It was update with the latest build to eliminate this fmod issue. This issue is rare...was not confirmed as a bug, and only few users were experiencing it. The latest update should get everyone to fall in line without further issues, so please let me know if doing a or b above did the job. Thanks! JMH - VSKYLABS |

I did a and now have version 1.30b installed and working. Thanks!
By the way, I first wanted to do b, but I don't know how to redownload earlier purchases. I have also bought the Contraventus and the Skytrain, but when I go to the store i don't see how I could enter my account. Maybe I never created one. Can I still do it?

Hi  In which store have you purchased it? If it is in the VSKYLABS Store, simply go to ine of the download emails that you've got, and right click on the download counter. You will be able to transfer the purchase into your account at the store, and to download it whenever needed from your 'My Purchases' page. Let me know if you are having issues with it.
