I'd like to raise the default cockpit position in VR by a few inches as I feel it is set too low. Is there a way to achieve this without modifying the .acf or natively changing my VR goggles' vertical offset?
If not, is there a way I can re-use the viewpoint coordinates of a saved cockpit position (i.e. saved with command "memorize cockpit position #1" in non-VR)?

Hi In VR...this cannot be done with changing the .acf file, as long as it has a vrconfig file (which it has)... So...very simple process for you: - Locate the VSL Cabri-G2 _vrconfig.txt file in the G2 folder.
- Open it in a text editor.
- Now...go to this section, and alter the highlighted blue values for your position in VR. If you want to change height - set the existing 0.4 to higher value, save the file and reload the aircraft. Try several values until you will find the right one.

Perfect! Quick and easy solution - thanks a lot!
One more question: Will my changes persist across updates?

Perfect! Quick and easy solution - thanks a lot! One more question: Will my changes persist across updates? You're welcome! Unfortunately not...you will have to disable automatic updates. When a new update will be released, these local changes should be re-executed...
