Hi, I Just purchased the A-22 for XP12 and installed it by placing it into the xplane folder. I can load into the aircraft but I am having issues using it. I can start it up but then have no response from the throttle when it is moved and I also cannot shutdown the engine either. I am guessing something didn't install right or I am possibly doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. thank you!

Kris Groth Hi Kris, For start, make sure that you place the VSKYLABS A22 folder inside 'X-Plane 12/aircraft' folder. You can find more info in the 'how to install' folder, inside the project main folder. Let know if you need further assistance!

Yes it is installed inside the aircraft folder. So i can load it into the sim. The throttle does not work after I start the engines. This happens whether i use my throttle quadrant or move it with the mouse in the cockpit. I can see the throttle moving but there is no response from the engine.

Hi, Since the model uses X-Plane default systems...it cannot trigger issues (for example - if the LR C-172 works without issues, then the VSKYLABS A22 must as well). Please send in your log.txt file and I will take a closer look on your configuration. The file is in X-Plane main directory. You can send it in here or directly to contact@vskylabs.com We will fix this local issue for sure

Figured it out this morning. I had not turned on the fuel to either sides so it was stuck in some state of trying to start. To replicate the issue I had leave both fuel levers to off. Turn on battery shutoff then master battery with the key and both ignition switches then try to start with the key. Seems like the starter sticks even when the engine doesn't fire up. Thanks!

Kris Hi! I assume that you are using the auto-start feature in X-Plane? If yes, then, in many cases (of customized aircraft, not only of VSKYLABS, but in any aircraft that has customized engine/fuel/electrical system...) it is not suitable, buggy and induce issues. If you want a quick-start, simply load the aircraft with engines running. Hope that this helps!
